Lemon and Dill White Bean Hummus

  • One 15 ounce can of organic white beans, drained and rinsed 

  • 1/4 cup fresh dill (loosely packed)

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper



  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until it is a smooth and creamy consistency.

  2. Adjust the amount of seasonings to your liking. If you want a thinner hummus, add 1 tablespoon of warm water.

  3. Spoon out the hummus into a bowl and feel free to garnish with fresh lemon zest and a sprig of fresh dill. Serve with fresh vegetables like carrots, celery, sweet peppers, or cucumbers. Toasted pita chips pair nicely as well.
