Hot Apple Crepes

Yields: About 7-8 crepes depending on the size of your pan. Ingredients: Crepes: 1 cup unbleached all purpose flour 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder pinch of salt dash of cream of tartar 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup water Apples: 4 Honeycrisp apples cinnamon to taste 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar (optional) water Directions: Peel and largely dice the apples and add them to a pot.
