Thanksgiving Gravy

Ingredients:
1 stick allergy friendly butter substitute
1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onion
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 cups chicken/turkey/beef stock
Directions:
In a pot, melt the butter and add the chopped onions. Cook over medium-low heat until soft and translucent.
Sprinkle in the flour, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together.
Pour in hot chicken stock and whisk together continuously for 2-3 minutes.
