Thanksgiving Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 1 stick allergy friendly butter substitute

  • 1 1/2 cups chopped yellow onion

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 2 cups chicken/turkey/beef stock


Directions:

  1. In a pot, melt the butter and add the chopped onions. Cook over medium-low heat until soft and translucent.

  2. Sprinkle in the flour, salt, and black pepper. Whisk together.

  3. Pour in hot chicken stock and whisk together continuously for 2-3 minutes.
