Lemon and Dill White Bean Hummus

Ingredients: One 15 ounce can of organic white beans, drained and rinsed 1/4 cup fresh dill (loosely packed) 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Directions: Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until it is a smooth and creamy consistency.
