Ginger Honey Stir Fry
Serves: 3-4 people Ingredients: Stir Fry: broccoli - 1 small head bell peppers - green, red, yellow, orange (1 of each) corn - 2 freshly boiled cobs brown rice - 1 cup dry to make about 3 cups cooked 3 chicken breasts - sliced into thin strips Dressing: 2 Tbsp raw local honey 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil 1/2 tsp lemon juice pinch to 1/8 tsp ground ginger Directions: Wash all the vegetables.
