Set your oven to broil (550 degrees F)/
Cut the grapefruit in half and place on a broiling pan.
Use a knife to cut the segments so they are easier to spoon out and eat once cooked.
Cover each grapefruit top with 2-3 teaspoons of light brown sugar and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Broil in the oven for 4-5 minutes until the sugar begins to bubble and caramelize.
