Tropical Oasis Smoothie Bowl

Here, in New Jersey, the weather has been warming up to the 60's just in time for the weekend! These sunny days have inspired me to create a tropical smoothie bowl for Sunday's brunch-yes, I've absolutely slept in. This smoothie bowl is soft, creamy, and like a trip to the Bahamas for your tastebuds. Filled with pineapple, mango, banana, and topped with an abundance of nutritious foods, this breakfast bowl with have you addicted. Try it out for yourself!

Yield: single serving

Ingredients:

Smoothie bowl:

  • 1/4 cups frozen mango

  • 1/2 frozen banana, sliced

  • 1/4 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk

Toppings used:

Directions:

  1. Add the frozen mango, pineapple, and banana to a food processor, in increments, followed by the dairy free milk. Blend on a high speed until the chunks turn into a smooth and creamy consistency. (You can add more dairy free milk to create a less ice creamy consistency for a more liquid smoothie bowl.)

  2. Serve topped with fresh fruit and granola for that extra crunch!
